Trent Augustus

Mr. Augustus is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Utah with more than 20 years of experience in the building construction, construction management, building cost analysis, and property condition assessment (PCA) fields. As a Director on the Equity Team, his primary roles will be heading up and expanding Nova’s Climate and ESG services, developing strong relationships with Nova’s Equity and Climate clients, conducting structural balcony and elevated surface assessments for properties located across the US, and working closely with clients to conduct equity scale EPCAs with custom scopes of work on all types of properties. In addition to his equity work, Mr. Augustus is adept at conducting a range of construction loan monitoring services for large-scale new construction projects, along with construction and renovation progress monitoring for all types of properties. He also has a seasoned background in insurance damage cost analysis and insurance underwriting inspections.
